Newton Johnson Sauvignon Blanc 2007 Walker Bay, South Africa 93% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon Tasting Notes: Typically cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a fresh, crisp fruit structure in a wide spectrum of flavours and aromas ranging from ripe passion and kiwi fruit to fig and fresh cut grass, superbly balanced with a zingy minerally acidity. Further complexity is created through depth and mouth feel by the blending of the 7% barrel fermented Semillon. Serving Suggestion: Grilled or Baked Cod, Snapper.
